Carl Edwards sits on the pole for tonight's NNS race at Darlington. Denny Hamlin, who was fast in practice failed to make the show as he wrecked in qualifying. The team thought they would have had a provisional and started to unload a backup car. Unfortunately, that would only be the case if qualifying had been rained out. A dejected Hamlin will watch from his motorcoach tonight. 1 60 Carl Edwards 2 2 Clint Bowyer 3 20 Tony Stewart 4 64 David Stremme 5 32 Kyle Busch 6 29 Jeff Burton 7 1 Mike Bliss 8 17 Matt Kenseth 9 6 David Ragan 10 47 Kelly Bires 11 40 Bryan Clauson # 12 12 Sam Hornish, Jr 13 88 Brad Keselowski 14 5 Mark Martin 15 03 Todd Bodine 16 9 Chase Miller # 17 33 Kevin Harvick 18 25 Bobby Hamilton Jr. 19 38 Jason Leffler 20 59 Marcos Ambrose
